We are looking for a Sales Planning & Reporting Specialist to support the planning rounds, handling short, mid, and long-term plans. Additionally, collaborate to establish budget planning for Retail, Wholesale, and Order Intake.We seek a professional who will support the management of quota allocation, production VB/DP/QC planning, preparation of incentive program & sales allowance budget planning.**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Main Responsibilities****Sales Planning**- Provide full support to the Planning and Reporting Manager in relation to the wholesales planning, including supply chain, detailed and strategic planning in short, medium and long term**Monthly production planning and Order Management**- Ensure balance in demand and supply, in order to meet the targets for each dealer, in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager- Support the control of order submission and quota filling by dealers, and support dealers with order placement**Production Forecast**- Coordinate the communication with all dealers in terms of volume requirements and manage market requirements, bridging PAG availability/production and dealers requests- Control the CO2 emission matrix, together with the Homologation Manager and Product&Price ManagerEnsure adequate level of training for dealer sales personnel on porsche sales systems, product knowledge and selling techniques**Incentive Planning**- Provide the necessary reports and documentation for the incentive budget reports- Follow-up of expenses and evaluate effectiveness of incentive programs**Requisitos e qualificações** Qualifications****Education**- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineer or equivalent.**Experience**- 3+ years of working experience in sales planning, projection and reporting in automotive industry (premium brands are a plus).**Competencies**:- Communicative- Conflict Management- Flexible and Adaptable- Planning and Organization- Initiative and Creativity- Analytical mindset**Skills**:- Proficient user of MSExcel - Macros / Power Point / Think Cell- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Fluency in English language required- Ability to manage multiple tasks- Ability to prioritize and adaptable to change- Highly organized - strong attention to detail- Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understandingSTRATEGIC THINK / SMART IMPLEMENTATIONEm 1997, a Stuttgart Veículos foi nomeada representante oficial de importações da Porsche no Brasil e ao longo dos anos desenvolveu o país para uma posição de destaque entre os maiores importadores da marca na América Latina.Em Agosto de 2015 a Porsche Brasil assumiu as operações no país tornando-se oficialmente a 18° subsidiária da marca no mundo e a primeira da América Latina, o escritório está sediado na cidade de São Paulo.Atualmente quem está à frente da empresa que conta com 45 funcionários é Peter Vogel, Diretor Presidente da Porsche Brasil.A rede de concessionárias no país é formada por treze Porsche Centers (showroom e pós vendas) e um Centro Técnico que estão localizados nas principais cidades: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Campinas, Curitiba, Florianópolis, Fortaleza, Goiânia, Porto Alegre, Recife e Ribeirão Preto.
