Technical Support Specialist L3 Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide expert-level technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex product and integration issues.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in software troubleshooting and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and diagnose challenging product and integration problems using advanced technical knowledge and tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Tier 1 & 2 Support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in English and an additional language is highly desired.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Tier 3 software support with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
