We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide expert-level technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex product and integration issues.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in software troubleshooting and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and diagnose challenging product and integration problems using advanced technical knowledge and tools.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Tier 1 & 2 Support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in English and an additional language is highly desired.
- At least 3 years of experience in Tier 3 software support with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
