
Orthopedic Senior Sales

Develop orthopedic product sales channels;
maintain good relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.Provide ongoing basic technical training and support to customers;
visit potential customers regularly to promote orthopedic products and services, aiming to meet sales goals.Organize and attend seminars, conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to promote products and services.Conduct market and competitor analysis;
develop sales and marketing plans aligned with company targets.Handle additional duties as assigned.Establish and maintain good relationships with local orthopedic surgeons and KOLs.Represent Mindray's values and integrity.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical, Clinical & Medical fields, surgical instrumentation, or related areas.At least 5 years of solid sales experience, preferably in orthopedic products.Proficient in both oral and written English.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.Self-motivated with good teamwork skills;
excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.Strong business expansion and account management skills.Good presentation and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel frequently.We offer:
