Sales Development & Solutioning (SDS) comprises the provision of pre-sales support / expertise to sales team in their sales efforts. It covers a specialised knowledge of technical products, services, or solutions in a single or suite of offerings. It includes delivery of in-depth presentations and demonstrations to clients and sales representatives as well as the identification of new businesses focusing on future technologies and the setting of strategies to develop new business opportunities. It comprises driving Nokia's solutions across business groups as well as positioning and selling of Nokia's solutions to customers in coordination with sales and / or presales teams through a consultative selling approach. It covers engagement with external clients in defining and formulating their business strategies. It comprises understanding of the customer\'s business model and long term investment planning in order to provide customised support.

Role context mirrors the responsibilities of pre-sales support and solutioning for Nokia\'s CNS Business Applications and portfolio integration.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
  • Drive adoption of Nokia\'s CNS Business Applications solutions by collaborating with presales teams to develop winning strategies and competitive intelligence.
  • Engage directly with customers to deliver tailored business consulting services, showcasing tactical and strategic value of Nokia\'s portfolio.
  • Develop comprehensive offering strategies that integrate multiple products and services into end-to-end solutions.
  • Act as a key interface between customers and development teams to deliver innovative solutions addressing critical business challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making and product roadmap prioritization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams or projects, managing resource allocations and addressing complex day-to-day operational issues.
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert, providing best practices and guidance internally and externally across various organizational units.
  • Mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment to drive excellence and innovation within the team.
Key Skills And Experience
  • Engineering degree with 10–15 years of broad experience in network technologies, and associated management and control layers
  • Deep knowledge of the following concepts: Analytics and Data Management, Autonomous Networks, Security
  • Experience with on-premises and public cloud architectures, including Geo-Redundancy and Disaster Recovery
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions
  • Proficient in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in pre-sales support and consultative selling
  • Practical experience with OSS solutions, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and related technologies
  • Ability to influence strategic decisions and drive product line developments
  • Previous experience leading teams or managing cross-functional projects
