Associate Technical Service Manager (Sao Paulo) - Enterprise Cloud Services

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for a SAP Technical Service Consultant who is well-versed in delivering consistent, high-quality results to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team as a Technical Service Manager (TSM). You will contribute to SAP's global strategy by supporting our customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise as part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team.

Technical Service Managers play a critical role in helping our customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey and enable them to achieve the business values and outcomes they desire from their SAP landscape. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners, analyzing customer business requirements and problems, working across SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and other SAP departments to provide quality services, resolve technical complexities, and support them throughout their cloud transformation journey.

  • Primary contact for customers regarding technology and innovations, serving as an escalation point for technical issues
  • Understand customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions and services
  • Identify and promote SAP Enterprise Cloud Services offerings that deliver value to the customer
  • Offer comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, methodologies, and tools
  • Understand SAP high availability and disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (load balancer, virtual machine)
  • Experience with SAP NetWeaver Administration, migrations, and upgrades
  • Identify top issues, define service plans, and drive implementation of action items across customer landscapes
  • Understanding of various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios with BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc. (preferred)
  • Design optimal SAP configurations to maximize system performance and availability

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management
  • Solid knowledge of SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial)
  • Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, with experience working in cross-cultural teams

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with SAP Basis, including administration and operations of SAP solutions
  • Customer-facing experience with excellent de-escalation skills in critical situations
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems
  • Experience with SAP HANA and Sybase databases

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Spanish language skills are a plus
