As Strategy specialist you will:- Adapt and translate the Global and Regional strategy to the Service LATAM team and help to implement the strategy with the Service LATAM Leadership team and department leaders.- Provide support and insight into significant strategic focus changes.- Defining the Service LATAM governance to ensure the successful execution of strategic priorities.- Assess the Service LATAM team performance defining and tracking relevant KPIs.- Conduct market research and data analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities and threats.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business analytics, management, or related fields. A master's degree or an MBA is a plus.- Proven experience as a strategy consultant, business consultant, or a similar role.- Understanding of market research and data analysis and the ability to use tools and assess analytical and pricing models.- Strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to coach department leaders and provide support and insight into significant organizational changes.**Competencies**- Research skills, including attention to detail, information gathering and interpretation of information.- Strategic thinking skills, as the ability to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate information and ideas, and to create and implement effective strategies.- Communication skills to write clear and concise reports and presentations, and to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.- Leadership skills, which include the ability to influence others, build trust and rapport, and coach department leaders.- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues and generate creative solutions.- Language skills: English proficiency required.
