Um analista de pré-vendas, também chamado de Sales Development Representative ou SDR, é o profissional responsável por contatar, organizar, qualificar e repassar os leads para o time de vendedores. Esse profissional também deve fazer o follow-up, para garantir que os leads estejam engajados e consigam tirar quaisquer dúvidas sobre a empresa.
- Graduação (completa ou em curso);
- Experiência profissional anterior em funções de atendimento/relacionamento com clientes;
- Ótima comunicação oral e escrita;
- Ser organizado e saber trabalhar com rotinas e processos;
- Habilidades de trabalho em equipe;
- Flexibilidade em relação às mudanças de processos;
- Interesse e afinidade com a área comercial;
- Ser curioso e gostar de estudar.
