Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Customer Support position. Technical Customer Support will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving customer issues related to our platform


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Experience writing Knowledge Base articles and creating Standard Operating Procedures
  • Experience in US companies is a plus
  • Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
