The team you will be a part of

The Sales Strategy and Business Operations team is responsible for planning of all sales activities. Researches and analyzes the organization's existing and targeted customers to develop a knowledge base of sales trends. Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.

This role in summary

This D2C Product Manager position will lead the strategy and execution of data integration initiatives between the website platform and the Billing system in Brazil and Latin America. Additionally to the middleware responsibility, other products are under this position responsibility, focused on B2B online sales channels.

Develops strategies, identifies opportunities and manages financial resources. Monitors the product seeking scalability and increased performance. Develops the team and connects them with the business strategy.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Define strategy and vision for the area and products;
  • Manage the team of product owners, suppliers and resource allocation;
  • Lead the strategy, planning, prioritization and execution of initiatives;
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve performance and scalability;
  • Promote decision-making based on data and connected to the strategic imperatives of the business and consumer experience;
  • Analyze and obtain a deep understanding of the KPIs affected in the Supply Chain and Billing, implementation times, resources x budget;
  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX;
  • Promote alignment between stakeholders with conflicting priorities;
  • Effectively communicate progress to the organization;
  • Leverage B2B results and connect to the business strategies;
  • Have in depth discussions with technology team for the best solution definition.
Minimum requirements
  • Advanced/Fluent English;
  • Have relevant experience in Product Development for E-commerce;
  • Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo/SP;
  • Strong experience in product development routines with agile methodology;
  • Experience in People Management and multifunctional team;
  • Proven experience dealing with tech discussions, conflict management and prioritization with senior stakeholders.
Preferred skills and experiences
  • Knowledge of Vtex Platform and SAP;
  • Hands on, resilience, Process vision, Organization and Analytical Capacity;
  • Data-based decision making and risk analysis;
  • Experience balancing conflicting priorities while dealing with ambiguity;
  • Communication skills and stakeholders management.
