Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager based in Caxias do Sul/Brazil. As our new Regional Sales Manager, you will responsible to develop sales implementation plans and collaborate with Sales and Marketing Team to achieve Business Unit growth targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Together with local and global team represent the "Voice of the Customer" within the Business Unit.
- Meet aligned Sales forecasts and Net New business Wins (NNW) targets.
- Meet agreed pipeline targets.
- Work across the Business Unit, Sales & Marketing (S&M) and Customers to develop and implement the Business Strategy.
- Build extensive knowledge of market, customer key accounts and competition.
- Closely work with demand planning, providing input to sales and market development & forecasting
- Lead a team of Sales Development Managers (SDM), Product Application Engineering (PAE) and Busienss Procedure Specialists (BPS).
- Develop team members through Performance/Development Goals setting and regular performance reviews.
- Have value selling mindset as it pertains to Business Unit product and be able to dollarize benefits with Sales team and Customers
