About Phi Partners , a global technology services consultancy based out of London, we operate exclusively within capital markets. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed and who are prepared to do whatever it takes. To become successful, it will take a long time to develop the required skills to be independent and to operate autonomously. We are looking for problem solvers who have the ability to find a way to solve any challenge; people who won't give up when the going gets tough. Sales Consultant must be great communicators: people who have natural confidence with person-to-person communication, from over-the-phone interactions to directing meetings with senior stakeholders. You will need to be charismatic and confident. An ability to develop meaningful and relationships built on respect and trust is critical. We are an established business but feels like a start-up, specially being part of our brand-new team in Brazil. Your base will be in São Paulo, but as you develop into client-facing sales, you will spend time out of the office and will have opportunities for regular international travel. We offer competitive salaries and the best commission structure in the market. We have a simple and straightforward commission model that rewards you for what you generate.
