Overview Employer Industry: Insurance Technology Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $200,000 Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible working hours and remote work options available Generous vacation policy with 25 days of holiday and 5 additional days after 5 years Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and inclusive company culture that values diversity and personal development What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for US operations and sales, focusing on measurable objectives and key results (OKRs) Own the full P&L for the US insurance business, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth through data-driven analysis Lead a high-performing sales team by setting ambitious targets and implementing performance metrics to drive revenue growth Oversee operational aspects of the business, identifying improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of insurance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration What is Required (Qualifications) Proven experience in insurance leadership with a focus on operational direction and growth in US markets Strong data-driven and results-oriented mindset, with experience using performance frameworks like OKRs Mastery of P&L management with a track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets Expert knowledge of US insurance products, distribution channels, and the regulatory landscape, particularly in Commercial Auto Excellent executive-level communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in change management and inspiring transformation in dynamic environments A proactive approach to navigating ambiguity and finding clarity in uncertain situations Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve #InsuranceTechnology #SalesLeadership #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
