Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families.About the roleYou will be responsible for working on opportunities generated by Billor s top-of-the-funnel team, with the main goal of closing sales, using the best practices available in the market and adapting them to Billor s business model.ResponsibilitiesConduct sales closing with leads, presenting convincing and personalized proposalsWork collaboratively with the pre-sales team to deeply understand the needs of potential driversNegotiate the best plan to meet drivers’ needsOvercome sales objections, using the best techniques and market practicesMaintain an after-sales relationship to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and foster future business opportunitiesConsistently meet or exceed logical sales goalsKeep accurate records of all sales interactions on HubspotFollow up with opportunitiesNegotiate with customers and make salesManage sales pipeline and forecastWith a vision of sales at scale, you should be able to manage a funnel with several active customersRequisitos:Fluent in English and PortugueseSpanish (will be an extra)Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, especially ExcelIs passionate about driving innovation and has a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced organizationHas verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationshipsCan use negotiation skills to achieve goalsMaintain a proactive attitude and ability to learn quicklyResults-oriented and customer-focusedEnthusiasm for testing new, non-standard solutionsEmbrace a culture of total transparency and trustEncourage freedom of thought - and be energized by the ideas of othersBe familiar with and enjoy technologyDynamic profile with a focus on resultsBenefíciosHealth and dental planPaid vacationHolidays offAnnual bonus based on both company and individual performanceEligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan)
