Onboarding Success Trainee at BairesDev

You will be introduced, coached, and trained in multiple tools used in our HR department, allowing you to make the BairesDev experience fun and enjoyable for our employees while keeping high retention and employee satisfaction levels.

What You'll Do:
- Deeply understand how our onboarding process works, from gathering information to preparing and delivering training, making sure all relevant information is updated on our shared knowledge base.
- Learn how to provide the best possible onboarding experience in welcoming new joiners.
- Take your first steps into delivering training to both new joiners and current employees.
- Understand and transmit our company's values to the people you train. This is a strategic and crucial task, seeing our culture is the DNA that makes us unique.
Here's what we are looking for:
- Students or recently graduated of Humanities.
- Good analytical abilities, someone who is quick to learn.
- A good improviser Someone with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good academic grades will be a plus.
- Advanced English level.
Desirable (but not essential):
- 1+ years of previous work experience.
- Previous experience in the IT market is a BIG plus
