Responsibilities Support and conduct due diligence on compliance risk assessments in applicable domains following Nokia Ethics and Compliance guidelines, including contract review from a compliance perspective and driving automation initiatives. Serve as a critical contributor to various Ethics & Compliance (E&C) global compliance programs. Ensure effective implementation of the Third‑Party Due Diligence (TPDD) process and train functions involved in the process as well as third parties completing the process. Support compliance due diligence, approvals activities, risk assessments, reviews, and monitoring (e.g., third‑party screening, gifts/hospitality approvals, sponsorships & donations approvals). Identify compliance matters that require follow‑up or investigation and conduct or support investigations with the E&C Investigations team or refer issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders. Support and advise the Center of Excellence (COE) in case of contractual or compliance issues. Qualifications 5‑7 years of experience in compliance, legal, finance, audit or related fields. Minimum 3 years of anti‑bribery and corruption compliance experience. Degree in Law, Business, Accounting or another university discipline suitable for compliance. Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese, French or Spanish is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to pre‑empt stakeholder requirements and deliver quality on time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Systematic, independent, goal‑oriented work style and readiness to learn and adapt to change. Team player able to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team. Ability to initiate and drive initiatives, handle pressure and meet tight timelines.
