Role Summary: As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will oversee the critical functions of our hiring process, focusing on the seamless execution of interviews and candidate evaluations. This role requires a proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
- Direct all phases of the interview process, including preparation, scheduling, and outcome tracking.
- Assess English communication skills and align candidates and their profiles with job requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and match them with suitable candidates.
- Gather and analyze feedback from interviews to enhance candidate selection processes.
- Ensure timely updates and communications across all platforms and stakeholders.
- Respond to clients and candidates via telephone, email, text, chat, or through other social media platforms to handle complex questions and requests that require dedicated time and research.
- Take video calls with candidates to address concerns in regards to roles, opportunities, and next steps and explain to them how to use Turing’s platform and to update relevant experience.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Translate business objectives into process improvements and technical requirements.
- Create comprehensive project documentation and coordinate with teams to implement solutions.
- Provide analytical support to refine and optimize operational workflows.
Skills and Experience:
- Background in a customer-facing role within IT, HR, or related fields.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel; knowledge of business analytics tools is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex processes and multitask effectively from a remote location.
- Able to switch between tasks seamlessly and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide cross-functional support through email, social-media, messaging or calls.
- Resolve conflicts and foster an inviting atmosphere for collaboration and resolution.
