Finance Business Partner Role We are seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting business teams in various financial processes and providing expert advice on formulating and optimizing financial processes. This role involves supporting the launch of new countries/cities, ensuring smooth business-related financial processes, and controlling financial risks. You will work closely with professional financial teams such as accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, internal control, etc., to ensure all businesses comply with financial rules. You will also evaluate investments and expected returns of new businesses, provide financial support for business development, and participate in the company's business plan related work. Additionally, you will be responsible for the annual financial budget and rolling forecast, conducting effective budget management together with the business. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and job responsibilities. You should have good communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to effectively coordinate and cooperate with different departments. This position requires proficiency in using financial software, office software, and statistical analysis methods, with good data processing and analysis capabilities. A strong sense of responsibility and business sensitivity is essential, with the ability to think deeply and identify and resolve issues. Fluent English language skills are required for this role.
