As Mid Level Merchant Operations Analyst, your mission will be to proactively monitor and provide the best experience for the merchant . You will also be responsible for: Monitoring KPIs such as payment approval rate, chargeback rate, and refund rate; Suggesting and leading improvement initiatives; Conducting in-depth analysis of data, charts, and spreadsheets; Participating in regular meetings with merchants and presenting performance insights and issue resolutions; Creating presentations with key performance indicators; Constantly collaborating with other EBANX departments to resolve issues; Handling daily merchant requests, such as settlement-related questions, payment confirmations, reports, and more Main requirements for this position: Reading, understanding, and analyzing data; Experience with SQL and Queries; Fluency in English.
