People Systems Senior Analyst

**As a member of our team, you will have the autonomy to**:
- Understand and translate VTEX business processes into the Workday system in a scalable and efficient way and select appropriate work procedures or approaches to address challenges, in line with Workday-related standards and best practices and VTEX culture;
- Building Custom Reports (including calculated fields) and EIB;
- Perform enhancements and configuration changes in the modules, keeping the constant improvement in the system;
- Maintain the Workday security roles matrix;
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems on Workday configuration;
- Identify and solve business problems, implementing appropriate solutions;
- Support HR systems users (provide operational support);
**We want someone who has**:
- Minimum of 3 years of Experience in HRIS Applications (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle EBS);
- Knowledge of HR processes;
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various team members;
- Passion for developing people's solutions;
- Team player with good communication skills;
- Experience with project management;
- Stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent or advanced in English (Spanish is an extra);

- Workday HCM certification is a plus.
