We are seeking an experienced bilingual legal assistant to provide administrative support to our attorneys.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, preparing documents, and managing client files.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare accurate documents.
  • Manage and organize case files and documents efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Perform various clerical tasks, including calendar management and phone duties.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for court by organizing documents and coordinating logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of related experience or a relevant degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
