6. TRATAR OCUPAÇÕES IRREGULARES
**7. CONDUZIR ALVARÁS NO ÂMBITO IMOBILIÁRIO**: DEMOLIÇÃO, CONSTRUÇÃO, AMPLIAÇÃO/REFORMA, HABITE-SE. E
ALVARÁS DE FUNCIONAMENTO;
8. RELAÇÃO COM ÓRGÃOS PÚBLICOS E PRIVADOS;
9. DEMAIS ATIVIDADES NECESSÁRIAS PARA A REGULARIZAÇÃO IMOBILIÁRIA;
10. INTERAÇÃO COM DEMAIS ÁREAS;
11.ACOMPANHAR CONTRATOS;
12.ELABORAÇÃO/CONTROLE ORÇAMENTÁRIO.
