Responsabilidades:- Fomentar relacionamentos com os clientes, atuando como seu principal ponto de contato;
- Cuidar do onboarding de novos clientes de sua carteira;
- Identificar e compreender as necessidades e expectativas dos clientes, oferecendo soluções específicas;
- Monitorar os indicadores de satisfação e retenção, sugerindo melhorias contínuas;
- Colaborar na implementação de estratégias de fidelização e retenção de clientes;
- Participar de reuniões e apresentações, compartilhando insights e recomendações;
- Apoiar a equipe de marketing na criação de conteúdo relevante para os clientes.
- Estratégias de marketing de relacionamento e fidelização de clientes;
- Análise de dados e métricas de satisfação e retenção de clientes;
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e automação de marketing;
- Habilidades de comunicação, empatia e trabalho em equipe.
- Ter atuado como Atendimento Publicitário;
- Experiência com negociação;
- Conhecimento em tráfego pago (Comunidade Sobral, Tesman, etc);
- Conhecimentos básicos de finanças;
- Certificações (Gestão de Relacionamento com Clientes, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, CRMs, etc).
- Ambiente vibrante, cheio de pessoas com o propósito de crescer;
- Foco em metas, não em horários;
- Gestão meritocrática, através de Objetivos Chave de Resultados (OKRs);
- Possibilidade de sociedade baseada no desempenho e alinhamento cultural com o negócio.
