Responsabilidades:
  1. Fomentar relacionamentos com os clientes, atuando como seu principal ponto de contato;
  2. Cuidar do onboarding de novos clientes de sua carteira;
  3. Identificar e compreender as necessidades e expectativas dos clientes, oferecendo soluções específicas;
  4. Monitorar os indicadores de satisfação e retenção, sugerindo melhorias contínuas;
  5. Colaborar na implementação de estratégias de fidelização e retenção de clientes;
  6. Participar de reuniões e apresentações, compartilhando insights e recomendações;
  7. Apoiar a equipe de marketing na criação de conteúdo relevante para os clientes.
Pré-requisitos para candidatura:
  1. Estratégias de marketing de relacionamento e fidelização de clientes;
  2. Análise de dados e métricas de satisfação e retenção de clientes;
  3. Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e automação de marketing;
  4. Habilidades de comunicação, empatia e trabalho em equipe.
Desejável mas não eliminatório:
  1. Ter atuado como Atendimento Publicitário;
  2. Experiência com negociação;
  3. Conhecimento em tráfego pago (Comunidade Sobral, Tesman, etc);
  4. Conhecimentos básicos de finanças;
  5. Certificações (Gestão de Relacionamento com Clientes, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, CRMs, etc).
