- Lead and Manage a program portfolio
- Maintain personnel resource levels within the project management office (PMO) to support regional operations.
- Direct the assignment of Project Managers to assignments based on individual competency level, criticality, scope and duration of the program
- Review Program Operations Reports. Report KPIs and analyze performance.
- Direct the detailed analysis of performance issues by product, organization or system to identify trends and anomalies. Recommend and implement actions to optimize performance.
- Enforce the employment of standardization program documentation based on type to optimize planning, execution, issue management/handling, and close out, for internal and external customers alike.
- Responsible for collaborating closely with all program stakeholders to maximize support planning, program execution and customer experience.
- Adapt business/pricing models to incentivize commercial program management to grow market share.
- Forecast and load financial forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for assigned Program portfolio
- Maximize financial results by monitoring program operations and coaching/goal setting towards improved efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of critical path activities effecting customer sensitive program deadlines.
- Oversee training and competency building programs. Set goals and monitor.
- Monitor employee compliance with NOV and customer communication policies and document handling.
- Travel to on-site locations meet with internal and external customers, establish effective relationships.
- Be proactive in development techniques / methods to promote NOV Program Management services.
- Maintain a high degree of situation awareness, track and manage issues resolution from a regional and global perspective.
- Strive to achieve on time delivery.
- Create and run customized reports to analyze operations. Create, store and find documents in RigOffice. Run reports in KRONOS, Glovia, etc.
- Perform work according to quality management system, in accordance with ISO 9001:20xx and NOV BPM website; remain integrated into each facility’s ISO certification. Use PIMS system effectively.
**Education and Experience Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and project management experience. Business Management degree is also preferred.
- 3+ years within a project management role, ideally with experience in supervising a multi-disciplined team.
- 2+ years with P+L or finance exposure, able to become proficient in project financial analysis /forecasting.
- Experience with planning and executing major OEM customer maintenance programs
- Experience with third party accreditation providers and industry recognized trade associations, i.e. American Petroleum Institute (API).
- Technical knowledge of all NOV drilling, marine construction and pressure control equipment.
