**The Partner Programs Manager is responsible for helping to manage and support the evolution of the Zoom Up Partner Program in the LATAM region. In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, he/she will help maintain, support, and grow the partner programs regionally. The Partner Programs Manager will support and execute an annual compliance process to measure and monitor partners’ performance against program requirements. This role will also be responsible for enrolling new partners, managing the contractual process, pricing strategy, and supporting other channel program initiatives as needed. The Partner Programs Manager will have experience in managing programs to support Software as a Subscription (SaaS) models including Renewals and will be required to work cross functionally to ensure successful adoption of the Zoom Up Partner Program. This individual will use a data driven approach that also incorporates partner feedback and internal feedback to ensure an outstanding program and partner experience in a very fast paced, hyper-growth company.**

**Responsibilities**
- ** Regional Partner program support. Skilled at working cross functionally with a range of teams including sales, finance, legal, enablement, marketing, operations, product management, to support program definition and execution**
- ** Being the go-to-person in regional for Partner Program related questions and owning proper supporting documentation and processes**
- ** Drive and manage program compliance annually in region, partnering with Channel Account Managers**
- ** Manage partner contracting process in region**
- ** Provide regional support for launching program updates, including communications and documentation**
- ** Special projects as needed, in support of the Global Partner Programs organization**
- ** Own and report on partner performance and participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders**
**Requirements**:
- ** Min. 5-7 years of partner program experience in SaaS industry, including experience in direct advising and persuading, and negotiating at all levels of seniority**
- ** Experience of working with Referral, Reseller and Distribution Partners, and service Providers across multiple geographies**
- ** Strong project management and organizational skills**
- ** Current experience in a high growth enterprise software company, with SaaS/Cloud business models**
**Skills**
- ** Speaks fluently Spanish and Portuguese, in a business environment**
- ** Experience in managing and launching industry leading partner programs**
- ** Demonstrated record of building and fostering durable business relationships**
- ** Strategic thinker with a sales mentality and a proven ability to execute strategy**
- ** Partner-based experience at an international SaaS company**
- ** Strong analytical and presentation skills**
- ** Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)**
- ** Strong leadership skills to achieve or exceed goals**
