Job Title: Leading AI-Powered Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to lead our efforts in creating innovative applications powered by artificial intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in languages such as Python and Go. Additionally, they should be well-versed in technologies like gRPC, Protocol Buffers, React.js, Vue, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, AWS serverless technologies, and LLM/ML AI technologies.

A successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to produce high-quality applications from business requirements. They must also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation, organization, and enthusiasm.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in relevant technologies
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken
  • Ability to produce tested applications from business requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Self-starting, well-organized, and enthusiastic work style

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desirable subject matter expertise: Healthcare and factory automation
  • Experience with other insurance markets
  • Fintech, particularly trading and portfolio applications for financial advisors and their investors
