We are looking for a skilled professional to join our client service team as a high-net-worth relationship manager.
Job Description:- The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and international finance, along with strong communication skills.
- Manage key customer relationships with brokers and commercial banks, developing and maintaining effective partnerships.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions and timely support.
- Analyze client behavior to identify their needs and tailor our services accordingly.
- 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background is preferred.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Portuguese and English are required.
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining multitasking skills is essential.
- Proficiency in trading platforms or exchanges is highly valued.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
