About the Role Ledn, a global financial services company focused on digital assets, is hiring an Information Technology Manager. The role will lead the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team, own end‑user support, manage endpoints, automate identity and access, and administer cloud‑based IT systems and tools. Responsibilities Provide first‑line triage and troubleshooting for Mac users via Slack, Jira, and other channels. Procure, deliver, and retire technology equipment for all employees. Own the onboarding experience for new hires and offboarding for departing staff. Design, test, build, and document scripts, programs, policies, and tools that improve quality and efficiency. Support and manage SaaS applications such as Google Workspace (GSuite), Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, and Jira. Administer Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM, EMM, Jamf). Improve IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta) and document solutions. Write help articles and automate repetitive tasks. Respond to, manage, and resolve critical incidents through to completion. Prioritise help‑desk tickets and manage workload effectively. Work on projects using agile methods and sprints, documenting progress in Jira. Set and pursue objective and key results with minimal direction, aligning them to team and company goals. Qualifications 7+ years in SaaS system administration, including Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, and NetSuite. Proficiency with Bash, Zsh, Python, and related scripting languages. Experience with open‑source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki. Ability to integrate SSO into Okta, create workflows, and work with APIs. Remote support experience across multiple time zones, shipping hardware, and customs handling. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching. Strong troubleshooting skills across OSI model layers. Self‑management and organisational skills to scope projects and coordinate across teams. Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data. Commitment to security, including knowledge of PGP. Nice to Haves Familiarity with AWS environments. Experience using GAM and command‑line interfaces to streamline workflows.
