Information Technology ManagerLEDN is a global financial services company dedicated to digital assets.We offer lending, savings, and trading products to Bitcoin holders worldwide.We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The OpportunityAs a Manager of IT, you will support end users, manage endpoints, automate identity and access management, and administer cloud-based IT systems.You will design, implement, and manage our corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks, working closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams across Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and HR.About The RoleYou will be customer-facing and the first line of support, delivering an outstanding support experience via Slack, Jira, and other tools.You will troubleshoot macOS environments, procure and deliver technology equipment, and manage tech onboarding and retrieval for employees.Responsibilities include:Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools.Support and manage SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, and Jira.Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM, EMM, Jamf).Improve IDP and SSO solutions (GSuite, Okta).Write help articles and automate repetitive tasks.Manage incidents and resolve critical issues.Prioritize help desk tickets and work on projects in sprints using Agile methods.Set and achieve objective and key results with minimal direction.What You Bring To Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Automation experience using Bash, Zsh, Python, and scripting.Knowledge of open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki).SSO integration expertise with Okta and workflow creation.API integration skills.Remote support across multiple time zones and familiarity with hardware shipping and customs.Excellent communication skills across media.Strong written communication in tickets, email, and Slack.Security awareness, PGP knowledge, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodology.Organizational and task-management abilities.Comfort with ambiguity and decision-making under uncertainty.Nice To HavesFamiliarity with AWS environments.Experience with GAM, command-line interfaces, and automation tools.Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace certifications.Culture FitAdaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.Builder's mindset, eager to create, iterate, and scale IT practices.Collaborative partner who can influence across functions and cultures with empathy and clarity.Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.Remote-work experience.A Taste Of What We ProvideTremendous growth opportunities in a leading digital-asset company.Best-in-class total rewards package starting on day one.Competitive PTO.Shared equity and ownership opportunities.Remote work up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).A purposeful career that removes barriers.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyWe are an equal-opportunity employer.Requests for accommodation can be made throughout the recruitment process and will be addressed confidentially.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at LEDN by 2x.We appreciate perspectives from diverse backgrounds and look forward to your application.#J-*****-Ljbffr
