Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial services The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is excited to help end users who need assistance. You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You should be passionate about innovation and creative problem solving, and adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment. This role requires a highly motivated, dependable technologist who shares our passion and wants to be part of a fast-moving, execution-oriented team. You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner seeking a supportive environment to grow IT skills and expertise. This role reports to the Director of IT. What You’ll Do Be customer-facing and the first line of support; own support and provide an outstanding experience to employees via tools such as Slack and Jira. Support macOS in an enterprise setting; procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding and offboarding experiences. Design, test, build, document programs and policies, and contribute improvements to knowledge resources. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM with Jamf, etc.). Own and improve IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks. Manage incidents and issues to resolution; prioritize help desk tickets; work on projects over sprints with Jira (agile methods). Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc., and to use open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc. Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; working with APIs to integrate systems. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; handling hardware shipping and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication across all media; ability to explain technical concepts clearly and empathetically. Strong writing skills for tickets, email and Slack; clear, friendly, concise communication sensitive to different cultures. Security-minded with understanding of PGP; knowledge of networking fundamentals and OSI model troubleshooting; ability to self-manage and scope projects across teams. Nice to Haves Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces to increase efficiency. Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.
