Key Account Manager for Sales Excellence

This is a hands-on role where you will own the order-to-cash process, drive continuous enhancements, and act as the link between Sales, Finance, Logistics partners, and customers.

As Order Fulfillment Lead , you will be responsible for ensuring every customer order and shipment runs smoothly, from confirmation to delivery. You will manage inbound & outbound logistics, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery, own the order-to-cash cycle, and align demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting, along with strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and commercial documentation in Brazil. The candidate must also be proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM/partner portals.

We are looking for a team player who has excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, a customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. If you have experience in industrial chemicals, lubricants, or distribution, that's a plus
