Senior sales representative

Work Flexibility: Field-based
Responsibilities:
- Call on Orthopedic surgeons - via rooms, in theatre, hospital tearooms
- Conduct daily sales activities
- Administer weekly & monthly reports, stock take, quotes for repairs & product orders
- Engage with Matrons, scrub sisters, pharmacy managers, CSSD sisters, stock controllers
- Conduct regular workshops with Doctors, scrub sisters, CSSD sisters
- Participate in constant online training for development
- Collaborate with team as well as other divisions
- Scrub up for theatre cases – CRICE certified
- Travel 70-80% of the time
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Sales experience with Diploma in related field. Higher Education preferable.
- Proven performance (internally = rated HE+) and 1 year involvement in company programs (internally = SYK programs; Product Champion, Engagement Champion, SWN site lead, etc.).
- Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations preferred
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
- Outgoing and persuasive manner and ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values
- Confidence and persistence

- Analytical and planning skills
- Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes
- Strong teamwork and networking skills
- Commercial and business awareness
- Valid driving licence
- Reside in/close to the territory
