RoleThe candidate will provide administrative and operational support to other areas of the company. He will be responsible for bringing a holistic view of the business and all sectors that will help the company make more assertive decisions with greater returns. In addition to monitoring financial results and analyzing company performance indicators.
Working HoursMonday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Responsibilities- Analyze the area's success indicators and help identify operational failures to improve the company's processes.
- Contribute to the management of other areas of the company, such as HR, Finance, Sales, CS, and Marketing.
- Prepare reports for other internal areas to ensure important insights and necessary developments.
- Research, spreadsheet, and generate reports in Excel for analysis and decision making; prepare, complete, and edit Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
- Identify potential bottlenecks for current processes and implement changes.
