Our diagnostic solutions are used in routine and complex clinical testing, and are used in hospitals, reference and research laboratories, and physician offices around the world. Every hour around the world, more than one million tests are run on Beckman Coulter Diagnostics systems, impacting 1.2 billion patients and more than three million clinicians per year. The Automation Implementation Applications Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading the national level automation applications team to ensure accuracy, on-time completion, and successful customer adoption of the Beckman Coulter Automation Systems. This role applies cross functionally with field service, sales, product development, and tech support to achieve action-oriented product growth and ongoing customer satisfaction during complex system implementations. This position is part of the National Service Support Team located in the United States and will be fully remote. Responsibilities: Provide technical and leadership skills development of direct reports, advancing quality and ensuring compliance to corporate policies and standards. Lead daily management activities to track, report and maintain implementation timelines and objectives in support high quality execution of implementation processes that create reference level customers to drive product and revenue growth Track and trend team KPIs, developing and deploying countermeasures to drive continuous improvement Conduct periodic individual and team meetings to foster and facilitate direct report engagement, alignment, and ongoing associate development Perform annual and mid-year associate performance reviews as per established review processes Work collaboratively within the National leadership team to prioritize and deliver results on wider team objectives, initiatives, and deliverables Requirements: Minimum combined experience of 9 + years in diagnostic laboratory field service with a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Medical Technology Demonstrated project team leadership and/or supervisory experience Diagnostics Laboratory Automation and/or Informatics Applications experience Travel and Physical Requirements: Ability to travel 50% of the time, will include overnight travel.
