Job Description You will support sourcing for spend categories, including sourcing execution and stakeholder management, to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You’ll work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value. How You Will Contribute You will lead the creation of value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs, while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. You will lead development and deployment of sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and build programs that incorporate best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities. More About This Role Solid strategic sourcing experience and deep expertise in professional services sourcing. Proven experience managing and developing sourcing teams, including coaching, performance management, and talent development, ideally within Consumer Products Goods (CPG) companies or professional services firms. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Professional Services categories. Manage supplier relationships and negotiations. Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders. Requirements Solid experience in strategic sourcing and professional services sourcing. Experience in regional or global sourcing (consumer goods, food & beverages a plus). Strong analytical and digital skills. Fluent in English and Spanish. Location: São Paulo – SP or Curitiba – PR – hybrid work format.
