**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Technical Service Professional
Monitor network devices (e.g. telecommunications circuits, routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP systems, failover solutions, and platforms)
Perform Event Management and Incident Management in accordance with established process and procedural guidelines
Provide SLA driven response to all events, incidents, and outages
Provide voice and data technical support in CISCO platforms
Use network monitoring and management tools to gather information and interpret data to successfully identify, understand, and resolve network Events and Incidents and to improve network performance
Coordinate dispatches & communicate remotely with on-site technical resources to include third-party, data center, or other resources
Contribute to and maintain configuration documentation for all deployed network devices and components
Perform related duties as assigned.
NOC experience required (+ 2 year)
Solarwinds monitoring and analysis (+ 2 year)
Broad experience using a variety of monitoring and ticket management tools
Experience in monitoring core network and customer performance including interface errors, aging, and traffic utilization on a daily basis, and open Incidents for remediation as necessary
Strong customer communication skills
Analytical mindset and have excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to resolve network issues quickly and effectively.
Network design, Routing, DNS, IP Subnetting
TCP/IP Routing Protocols (BGP and OSPF)
Have working knowledge of routing protocols and technologies
CCNA R&S
CISCO CCNA
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
English advanced
Fortinet - NSE Certification
CCNA
