Job Overview:
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites. This role requires strong technical skills, good communication and coordination abilities, as well as a flexible approach to work and travel.
- Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the installation of diagnostic imaging equipment within a designated product range at the customer site.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Work closely with the technical support team to carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates of designated product modalities under supervision.
- Technical Development: Attend service training courses and work toward completion of a professional certificate to build competence in providing technical assistance and support to customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Escalate situations when customer satisfaction is compromised and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Education: Technical associate's degree or above.
- Skills: Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment, IT, Microsoft Office, and networking infrastructure skills.
- Aptitude: Ability to find and troubleshoot faults in the field.
- Communication: Strong communication and coordination skills, good customer-oriented service manner, excellent team cooperation spirit.
- Work Style: Flexible approach to work, travel and unsociable hours.
- Licenses: Valid driving license and good driving record.
