Become a part of our international Customer Solutions - deugro visiotrack team in Americas. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Customer Solutions Manager - deugro visiotrack.
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Initiate and coordinate the implementation through the test phase (trial shipments), go live production, up to the point where all parties are satisfied that the operations are running smoothly
- Liaise with Sales representatives, Operational entities and customer to confirm expectations, timelines and ownership based on the needs assessment and what was agreed upon (sold)
- Develop detailed implementation plans based on the awarded contract details and deugro's defined transition / implementation strategies
- Setup and manage cross-functional project teams based on solution deployment requirements
- Establishing solution requirements and coordinate systems integration between the customer and deugro where required
- Initiate and coordinate visiotrack system training for operational units
- Identify and support the development of metrics/measurement tools according to the customer's requirements and deugro's capabilities
**What you can contribute**:
- Some years of working experience in a similar job field
- Strong industry knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics and Projects
- Documented experience with PowerBI and also with EDI and API
- Ability and assertive power to convince people for a common goal, also against resistance and in difficult environments
- These qualities characterize you: analytical, results-driven, assertiveness, team
- and customer-oriented
- Excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
- High willingness for travelling on an international base
