What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage and grow business through consistent communication with assigned owners and internal teams
  • Coach and train top retail sellers on products, programs, services, and technologies
  • Execute strategic plans using tools like the Account Plan and Farmer by Farmer Plan
  • Support retail sellers in meetings and coordinate with local manufacturer representatives
  • Record account details in CRM software (Salesforce)
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 2 years of direct sales experience, or 7 years of successful work experience in the industry
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural business and its key drivers
  • Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead change
  • Experience with Microsoft products and CRM software (Salesforce)

  • Demonstrated agility in adapting to change
