With direct lines to HQ and a mandate to strengthen commercial presence, it offers a career platform with depth, exposure, and international potential.What You’ll Be Doing Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients, distributors, and market players across Brazil and LATAM Serve as the local market intelligence lead — reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activity Represent the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors Manage a member of the operations team and coordinate closely with finance and HQWhat You’ll Bring 2–3 years’ experience in the fertilizer sector (urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphates) Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution Excellent relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindset Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an assetWho This Suits You’re a commercially minded professional with a strong foundation in fertilizer markets — ready to take on a visible role with scope to grow.
