Customer Service Associate Role The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer support, effectively addressing inquiries and complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels. This role is suitable for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. The work schedule varies based on the job position applied for, but most positions require a standard business hours schedule (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST). Some flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs.
