**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Legal, Compliance and Privacy Specialist to provide comprehensive legal, regulatory compliance, and data privacy expertise across our international operations. This role combines legal advisory, regulatory compliance oversight, and privacy governance responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Legal_**
- Provide legal advice and risk assessment to senior leadership.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Lead litigation management and regulatory investigations.
- Oversee relationships with external counsel to ensure cost-effective and high-quality legal support.
- Develop legal processes, leveraging technologies such as generative AI for operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations through policy development, monitoring, and licensing oversight.
- Support corporate governance initiatives and act as a key advisor on legal matters impacting the business.
**_ Privacy_**
- Oversee data protection compliance program
- Advise the business on privacy related matters
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and transfer impact assessments
- Support incident response for privacy-related matters
- Monitor privacy regulatory developments
- Develop and deliver privacy training
- Maintain records of processing activities
- Handle any additional privacy matters that may arise in the course of business operations.
**Requirements**:
- Qualified lawyer
- Experience in gaming industry
- Experience working with GDPR and international privacy regulations
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and international privacy regulations
- Contract drafting and review experience
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with compliance monitoring and testing
- Gaming industry experience
- Privacy certifications
- Multiple language capabilities
- Experience with regulatory authorities
