**Role overview**:
The Complience Manager would be responsible for ensuring that our online gaming company adheres to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. They must proactively manage risk, develop compliance programs, and maintain relationships with regulators to protect the company’s integrity and reputation in the highly regulated gaming industry

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
- Monitor B2C and B2B activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Obtain and manage licenses in regulated markets worldwide.
- Track regulatory changes and adapt company practices to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with regulators and licensing authorities for approvals and permits.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, minimizing legal risks.
- Develop and enforce compliance policies aligned with industry standards.
- Assist with corporate compliance, licensing, and intellectual property matters.
- Provide advice on legal and regulatory issues and assist with litigation as needed.
- Deliver training to ensure company-wide awareness of compliance requirements.

**Key Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of gambling laws and regulations, such as AML, KYC, and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with regulators.
- Ability to assess risk and create effective compliance strategies.
- Experience in developing compliance training programs and ensuring staff adherence.
- Proven track record in managing compliance in the online gaming or iGaming sector.
