Key Account Manager Job Description About the Role We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships and fostering long-term client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients Representing our full portfolio of products and communicating upcoming game releases and opportunities Collaborating with internal teams to plan and execute successful promotional campaigns Analyzing campaign performance and proactively addressing any issues Identifying evolving client needs and delivering tailored solutions aligned with business objectives Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 3–5 years' experience in account management in the online B2B iGaming sector Proven success in building and growing client relationships in a commercial setting Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus A professional demeanor with flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when needed What We Offer In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer: A competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative industry.
