Sales Account Executive - Mid-level | Hybrid: São Paulo at Indicium

As part of the Sales team, your mission will be to engage with potential and existing clients to generate sales, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, fostering our projects and services. Your main objective is to connect with potential clients through a consultative approach, understand their situation, present our solutions and services/products, and manage negotiation and closing the sale. Portfolio management and maintaining client relationships, as well as evaluating new project possibilities, are key activities.

Responsibilities
  • Map and update client and contact records for prospecting
  • Engage potential clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Prepare commercial proposals
  • Prepare final reports and analyze results
  • Manage relationships with existing clients for renewals and expansions of services
  • Develop prospecting plans
  • Monitor performance metrics
  • Develop new prospecting strategies
  • Assist with company marketing initiatives such as webinars and events
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Technical knowledge of sales and negotiation
  • 3 years of sales experience in the data industry or a similar field
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Clear, objective, and structured verbal communication
  • Ability to work with goals
  • Analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Advanced/fluent English
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with sales in Databricks, the Financial Sector, and complex enterprise sales
  • Client portfolio and/or openings in specific business verticals
  • Experience with data and/or cloud tools
  • Commercial experience in the technology and/or data field
  • Experience in consulting firms
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Basic/intermediate technical knowledge of data tools and methodologies
  • Basic/intermediate technical knowledge of cloud tools
