The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code. You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will need to be highly motivated, dependable and an experienced technologist who wants to be part of a fast-moving, execution-oriented team. You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. This role reports to the Director of IT. Responsibilities Be customer-facing and the first line of support; own support experience for employees via Slack, Jira, etc. Provision and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding and offboarding experiences Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf) Contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.) Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks Manage incidents end-to-end; prioritize and resolve tickets; work on projects over sprints (Agile) Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite) Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc. Experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki) Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; work with APIs to integrate systems Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; knowledge of hardware shipping and customs Strong communication skills; clear writing for tickets, email, and Slack Clear, friendly, concise communication; sensitivity to different cultures Security-minded mindset; understanding of PGP; basic networking and OSI model troubleshooting Ability to self-manage and scope projects across multiple teams Nice to Haves Some familiarity with AWS Experience with GAM and command-line workflows to increase efficiency Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications Culture fit: thrives in startup/tech environment and embodies company values Culture and Benefits Leadership mindset with adaptability, resilience, and ability to navigate ambiguity Collaborative partner across functions and cultures; empathetic and clear communication Integrity and accountability in handling confidential information Remote-first environment; opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 180 days Comprehensive total rewards package, competitive PTO, and equity Purpose-driven work in a digital asset company Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer and value inclusivity and diversity.
