Information Technology Manager

Overview Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future. We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments. The role emphasizes automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, with a focus on designing, implementing and managing our cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR) and report to the Director of IT. The position is customer-facing, focused on providing an outstanding IT support experience for employees via tools like Slack and Jira. We primarily operate on macOS devices. Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support for employees, trouble-shooting and resolving issues via macOS environments; manage help desk tickets and prioritize tasks. Procure and deliver technology equipment; oversee onboarding for new employees and offboarding equipment for departing employees. Design, test, build, document programs and policies, and contribute improvements to knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, Netsuite). Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management (MDM/EMM) tooling (Jamf, etc.). Own and improve identity and access management (IDP/SSO tools such as G Suite, Okta) and integrate systems via APIs. Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks; manage incidents to resolution. Work on projects across sprints using Jira and agile methods; set and align objectives and key results with team and company goals. Qualifications 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Proficiency in automation with bash/zsh/python; experience with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS benchmarks, SplashBuddy, Munki). Experience integrating SSO (Okta) and APIs; remote support across multiple countries/time zones; hardware shipping/receiving and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly and empathetically; strong documentation skills. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and OSI model; ability to diagnose and troubleshoot methodically. Self-management with the ability to scope projects and collaborate across teams; comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Nice to have: familiarity with AWS, GAM, Jamf/Okta/Google Cloud certifications; experience working in a remote environment.
