We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT. The role is customer-facing, and you will be the first line of support for employees, via tools such as Slack and Jira. The Opportunity We are seeking a Manager of IT who will wear multiple hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. The right candidate has demonstrated success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments and is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code. You will participate in the design, implementation and management of Ledn\'s growing cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will work with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR). The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner looking for a supportive environment to grow IT skills. This role reports to the Director of IT. Responsibilities Provide customer-facing IT support to employees (via Slack, Jira, etc.); manage Mac-based enterprise environments. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding and offboarding experience for employees. Design, test, build, and document IT programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge bases. Manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Improve IDP and SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks. Manage incidents and respond to issues through to resolution; prioritize help desk tickets and work on projects in sprints (Jira, agile methods). Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tooling (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows; strong API skills for system integrations. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; hardware shipping and customs experience. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically. Proficiency in troubleshooting, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching), and OSI model steps. Self-management skills to scope projects and coordinate across multiple teams; strong organizational skills. Nice to Have Familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; certifications (Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace).
