Job Title: Project Director

A fully remote, administrative role focused on overseeing project operations to ensure timely delivery within scope.

This position supports clients with the planning, organization, and execution of advertising projects in the U.S. immigration-based recruitment industry, requiring coordination across teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at directing resources and vendors for seamless project execution, while managing client relationships effectively.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to achieve flawless project outcomes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, meeting client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements include a strong educational background, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, clear communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

In this administrative role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard, within budget and on time.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in project management, working with a variety of clients and stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
