We're looking for a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our remote team.
**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Review and evaluate customer disputes and complaints to determine their validity and the appropriate course of action.
- Conduct thorough investigations into disputed transactions, gathering all necessary information and evidence.
- Prepare detailed and persuasive responses to customer disputes, addressing each issue with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather additional information and ensure timely resolution of disputes.
- Escalate complex disputes to senior management or legal counsel as needed and assist in the development of strategies for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of dispute resolution activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ experience in dispute resolution or a related field.
- Experience handling disputes in Stripe.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
**Working Hours**:
- Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, during daytime hours (EST)
