Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and mailing dispute letters with 100% accuracy and timely turnaround.

  1. Prepare, process, and mail dispute letters at scale with 100% accuracy and timely turnaround.
  2. Import credit bureau reports into our system and initiate dispute workflows in under five minutes per case.
  3. Manage secure client portal access, upload required documents, and maintain organized records.
  4. Maintain dispute templates, track case statuses, and ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.
  5. Perform quality checks to reduce errors and rework; document and improve processes.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and support smooth client onboarding.
